He rang off when I asked a few questions about their company [difficult to hear what he said at this point] and how he came by his information. Usual garbage, but sounded British. This company have been working on recovering my ppi since 2012, on various accounts/loans/store cards. I have had no problems with them. They have settled 3 accounts for me todate and are still working on a couple. Great value for money as they do all the donky work for the fee that I paid them for.
