Automated call from "bank security" "unauthorised/suspicious activity on your account" "press 1" etc. Obvious crooks.
I have no idea who is calling me from Doncaster and as I do not know anyone who lives there I have now blocked.

SCAM - A robot voice told me that £600 would be sent overseas from my card unless I pressed the '1' key to speak to someone. Didn't say which card, or which bank. I terminated the call, then tried calling the number. An answering machine announced that the number wasn't accepting calls. Obvious scam. I've blocked the number.
Automated call two consecutive evenings around 7pm. Heavily accented voice - could not understand exactly but think he mentioned consolidating debt.
Silence at first and then a voice making weird sounds.
I have no idea who called from this number but did say his name was Julian in a text . But is a scam I am sure if it ..

Pre recorded Scam call relating to unexpected withdrawals from a bank account. No name or bank mentioned. Asked for me to press 1 to confirm. That's a giveaway (red flag) as is the lack of personal details. I put the phone down immediately.

Appeared plausible and had some detailed info on my account transactions, however, when calling the number on back of my card, they said they had no record of a call from RBS. Fraud A well spoken man allegedly called "John" saying he understood I was the the homeowner which I declined to answer and started banging on about solar panels. Told him I wasn't interested and hung up. Like many other reports I am TPS registered, so if a genuine company they are breaking the law. If a scam, as I suspect it is, of course also illegal.
