Yes, this is an automated "appointment verification" call from Cambridgeshire NHS (Addenbrookes) to verify and offer you options on an appointment that you or someone in your family has booked. All automated, like voter registration - "Press 1", "Press 2", etc. System will ring you several times in attempts to get answered. The message claims that they are Supporter Insight UK and performing a survey on behalf of charities, but to rest assured, it was not an urgent call and they would call back. I am on the TPS register. I called the number on www.supporterinsight.com to complain.
