My aged mother in law had a call from them saying they wanted to renew her prevention of nuisance calls. She asked me to speak to them as she could not clearly hear them. They said she had previously had this service and it had expired. To renew it they wanted what the caller called my mother in law's call protection number which was actually her debit card 16 digit number, in order to identify her.
