Chaser of legal follow up to accident claims. Blocked

A large number of people have been called by the criminals using this fictitious number according to other sites. Their aim is to gain the confidence of people and persuade them to allow access to their computers so they can infect them. Yesterday I was out all day and when I returned I found no less than five calls from a slightly different but equally fictitious number, 01614379874, but still equally recognisable as fake from anyone who has had so many of these calls as I have. where did they get my full name from on my mobile phone, which is on a different contract to land line

repeated calles with a recorded message regarding PPI claims.

just had a missed call off this number. tried calling back wont dial out properly but need to know who it was as expecting an important call.

since I posted my comment on 22 April, I see lots of you have had calls, but I haven t had any more. Maybe they persist with one area for a while then move on. I did have the calls regularly for weeks before I posted here. So maybe it will quieten for the rest of you soon, particularly K.Harris. So sorry you have been pestered like this.

One of those robot calls saying calling from Amazon prime but I don’t even hold an account so it’s a spam called attempting fraud
