Fraud: car accident call. Woman had a posh English accent and hung up when I told her to go f*** herself.
Just received a call about my cavity wall insulation. Asked them to remove my number and they refused. Asked to be put through to a manager and refused again. The caller informed me he called the shots so to prove he didn't, I hung up on him. Extremely rude and obviously in the wrong job with a telephone manner like that.
