Scan call saying that they were from my bank and that over £300 had been taken out of my account to pay Amazon. I immediately, put the phone down and checked my balance. This was alot of rubbish. Advice ignore or report but do not respond or do anything else.
Said they were calling to offer free inspection of loft insulation because the Government has designated some of the old stuff as "irritant". I asked who they represent and she said they work with a number of companies. I asked what her organisation was and she told me she'd get a manager to ring back in the next half hour. Fraud pretended to be my bank after recent bank fraud, new my name, date of birth and address and card details. I have checked with my actual bank, this was not their staff.

This number has called constantly the past few days, always on my mobile first and when I don't answer that, they ring my landline, straight away. No message is ever left, really annoying. I've now blocked the number on both my mobile and my landline - if it's important they should have left a message, so I can only assume it's a scam or aggressive sales.

SCAM claims to be Tony from carphone warehouse. My Android identifies the caller as Al Kareem a legitimate company, so i answered, so it looks like they are trying to mask their Id by using that number when they call.
TPI apparently, just checking I wasn't getting too many sales calls! Then asked for me to check my credit card I have with them (?). It's up for renewal and they wanted to check I'd received my new one, which is a miracle in itself, because I have none. Sounded like a call centre, man had strong Indian accent. Hung up
