A man with a foreign accent said his name was Bernard and was phoning from UK Accident Care (doesn't exist) regarding the car accident I had some time in the last 2 years (I haven't!!). I asked where he got my information and he said it came from the Road Safety Authority (doesn't exist in the UK!!). I then asked him for the phone number of the Road Safety Authority so I could let them know that their information was wrong. He became very defensive and I became very persistent.
