Automated message from someone claiming to be from BT and that they were about to disconnect my landline due to activity on the line. They then asked me to press 1 to get in contact with CEO. Sounds very dodgy to me so hung up!
SCAM called with an automated message saying that it's from the tax office and I owe tax and to prevent going to jail that I needed to press 1 to answer them. I haven't worked in over 20years so I don't pay tax so not even the smallest possibility that I would owe any. Also the tax office would never contact you by phone. Just and scam to steal money. Why don't they get a proper job.

I just had a miss call.
Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. I have received several calls from this number over the last two weeks. I have answered once and the call was disconnected immediately.
Foreign sounding female voice - not very audible- she was trying to explain about an order from Amazon I had paid for but something about the payment had not gone through etc etc. Not sure of the rest but she asked for payment - I have Not ordered from Amazon - she did not know my name so I raised my voice and told her that all this was a SCAM and put the phone down .
Didn t recognise number so did not answer. I tried calling back with withheld number but got put on hold and gave up waiting for someone. Think i ll add to block list with the other jokers

Rang once, couldn t understand name of company but heard PPI, so put phone down, rang back immediately and the male operative said, "Why did you put the phone down", I replied, "Cos I m not interested". He answered, "Interested in what" in an angry tone, so I just said, "In whatever you re selling" and hung up again. The phone then rang again immediately and I didn t answer. Didn t like the tone of the call at all, or appreciate being rung back a further twice.
