This number is clearly a scam stating taxes are owed & legal proceedings will be started. 1. The terminology (& robotic voice) is American. 2. HMRC will never phone you. They will message you to go to your on-line account.

Called us trying to get us to “renew” a care plan, and only wanted our bank account details so they could send us renewal details. Claimed that “under GDPR, they could not retain those details”. Said that as soon as they got those details they would call back and verify then send details. Kept trying to “explain”. When told it sounded like a scam, they transferred me to another person. This is clearly a campaign, though not a very effective one as their automatic dialer does not ring long enough for one to actually answer the phone. In recent weeks I have also had annoying calls from numbers in the same range, for example 03301900598 and 03301900590. I'll just keep blocking them.

Rang today claiming to be from the British Gas metering team. I asked them to prove it by providing my account number. Gave me a string of numbers - not my account number. Foreign accent.

Asian male rang claiming to be from Sky to renew my equipment warranty for the discounted price of £99!! Asked me if I still had card ending in 5619, which I dont and never have, told him so and he hung up. Beware this is more than likely a scam call!

Hid my number and called back. The phone was answered and it was about Sky scanner about booking flights that I did not initiate. SCAM.

Had 999 emergancey ambulance at my house for half an hour and no sooner had they left than these people phoned. Low-life scum, fit only to frequent gutters.

Phoned said my name then said its your bank we need to veryfi unusual activity on your bank account, give me your full name, address date of birth. I said NO, he insisted and I said NO, you have phoned me I don't know who you are he then hung up. I contacted my bank immediately and it was not one of their phone numbers.

Claims to be a bank security number but is a scam

UK +447738015632 is a Scam caller. Hang up, block the number & report it. I answered & it took a couple of seconds to connect to the caller, in the way offshore call centres connect. Sure enough an Indian accented woman said "Hello how are you?" When I asked who she was, she said she was calling from she replied, Curry's PC World.

SCAM Text message purported to be from my son saying his phone was broken and to delete his contact number and substitute this one. Checked with his wife who confirmed that my son’s phone was working perfectly. A definite scam.

SCAM Caller asking if I had debt problems, I don't! After watching Scam interceptors on BBC one at 10:00 A.M. I learned that this is where they call from. I told him that he was a scumbag scammer and to F*** O** hopefully, no more calls from these B******S Apologies for the language but, these people are just that!

Caller claimed to be from o2 - didnt believe them and refused to give any information so they hung up. Offering a free upgrade!!!! - Not due an upgrade for 6mths or more
