Called saying they was BT Connections. Some Indian guy clearly reading off a script on about hackers. Clearly a scam so hung up.

Silvershine Services. 4 calls in 48 hrs all from Leicester based numbers. Call starts off with an automated voice asking about accident details. After answering yes and giving brief details, I am put through to a human being. Despite telling them on NUMEROUS occasions now that I DO NOT wish to receive these call, they still persist. Asking them to remove your number just results in the person you re speaking to ending the call. Reported to ICO

Either phone rings and there is an engaged tone when I answer, or I answer it and it seems to be from a foreign call centre threatening debt collection, court and bailiffs when no one in my home even uses 3! I ve asked them 3x on the phone, 2x by webform, and 3x in writing to never contact me again, but keep being ignored. Not acceptable. I m pretty sure this is nt a scam or anything nefarious. I ve received several SMS messages from this number confirming bookings I ve made with holidaylettings.co.uk. If you ve received a message from this no. then I suggest it s just the property owner trying to contact you and nothing malicious.
