I was asked to call the number for a validity check. Number rings and then when answered goes quiet. My number is withheld, so that s why they will not talk. These are Agents, probably working for Energy Consultants. The prices they get for you will include a significant commission. They will lie and harass you into agreeing contracts. Several calls this week, most when phone picked up no-one speaks.Really annoying me now.

Number calls from an automatic dial and then when you answer if they have no operators available it hangs up. Had at least five calls in one day.
