SCAM. This number is a pre-recorded message saying "that our internet is going to be cut off in 4 hours due to unusual activity on our IP address press 1 to talk to your internet provider". Didn't press 1 I just hung up. They call many times a day on many different numbers.
I live in Madrid (Spain). I have a Spanish mobile number. I have received a call from this number and I suspect they want my email address just to get the association between my phone number and my email address, who knows why... Maybe to try to hack my email box and my bank accounts users...

Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. This is a renewal scam phone number. Do not call them. You haven't been billed for renewing Norton (even if you are using it, this number is not Norton). They even claim the number is "toll free" - which it isn't. Also, this is not a term we use in the UK anyway, we would say it was a freephone number. The scam usually involves you logging in to your on-line bank, then them showing you that they have overrfunded you (by blanking your screen then manipulating the contents of the page).
