So everyday at a certain time this number calls me while I'm at work. I finally got to answer the call today and pretended it was not me just to see what they wanted. She went on to say that I'm owned a refund? A refund on what? No business should have this phone as I haven't given this number to any company and I know that I don't or haven't owned anything or done anything for me to be able to get a refund on anything.

Called on our TPS registered line from a predictive dialler (i.e. we pick up the phone, say "Hello" and give our company name, then there is silence until the call is actually connected with a sudden burst of call-centre noise and a voice says "Hello?").
