This number has called a number of times and left no message. Eventually, found it was the AA touting for me to renew my membership. Because of this calling practice they have lost my business.

Called to say I had orderd a new sim card, told him I hadn t, he said he was from O2, and that they could save me money, told him that I had the best tariff, He had an irish accent, and then OK and hung up. Dont think this is o2.

iv had 2 calls from this Indian the first he didn t even say where he was from or even verify my name but he was desperately after my d.o.b, post code etc. after a couple of minutes I hung up and he rang straight back saying apologies for connection but I replied "oh that s my fault I needwd to sync to my pc so I can pun point your location to come and see you face 2 face you thieving con man" and before my next breath he was gone n hasn t rang back since. RESULT!!

Received an unsolicited call announced as "Hi this Gareth at NGP". Hung up when I asked who NGP was. If a genuine call (which I doubt), then very unprofessional.

Currently in the US and just had a call from this number. I didn t answer but found this page so I ll endorse peoples comments about being contacted whilst abroad. I ve recently added my mobile number with the Telephone Preference Service but it can take a month before that kicks in.

I was called by someone called Chelsea from carephone who offered me an upgrade phone. She also gave me the number 08448933933 if I had any problems. I did receive the phone but didnt like it. I phoned the number and gave up after 57 minute being on hold. I have not answered to these people. Not once. Yet, they call at least weekly. I ve got a years line rental with BT paid for up-front, which allows me to block 99% of unwanted calls (with a BT blocker phone purchased separately, in case anyone was wondering). This caller would likely be asking to speak with Mr Strevitt or Mr Gwendoline. As has been the nature of the calls for the past 3 years.
