SCAM Had a call from this number 8.45 Saturday morning. Started off saying calling from Virgin media and that my broadband connection was not working properly a d she was going to boost it. Then she tried the old scam of getting me to log on to my laptop or computer and pressing CTRL and windows keys. Phoned from call center, (I think they were the magazine sellers), they offered me 3 magazines for a good price & said I could pay over the phone. They were very nice at 1st & careful to explain how they wanted my bank details, (not a debit/credit card) & that that is safe, (I discovered that it's true), but they were very, very, insistent, determined & wouldn't take no for an answer!
