She knew my name and asked if I was aware of the large amount of harmful data that I had been downloading, or something to that effect. Message left on home phone allegedly from the Bank of Scotland Fraud section asking for me to call them with a code number due to apparent activity on my account. Phoned the number supplied and they said they did not recognize my phone number and as such wanted my card number and sort code - which I refused to supply. Subsequently contacted my bank who confirmed that this IS DEFINITELY A SCAM and is not the way in which they operate.

They actually called following a car accident I had 4 months earlier to try and get me to lodge a claim for personal injury. They are either phishing for a lucky call or are paying the repairers for my mobile phone number. Either way very suspect.
