I got a call from them querying a legitimate transaction. They are genuine, however they annoyed me greatly by taking an age to load my account and kept me on hold for longer than I liked whilst they looked into it. For a fraud department I would have liked them to have been way quicker.

When he asked to confirm our address and I politely declined, he said he would never phone again if I confirmed (the address) when I further (again gently) declined he said I was wasting his time and he hung up.
