07363953461 is a FAKE scam CLI being used by an offshore call centre. They call folks and pretend to be calling from BT, regarding error logs received from your internet connection. The idea is to ask you to download remote desktop software to gain access to your computer, then attempt to bamboozle you with made up technical nonsense whilst in the background they copy your files and internet settings in the hope that yo have stored online banking credentials.

Getting so fed up with calls from this number, and others including what appear as mobiles, telling me that my "home appliance insurance" with them has expired, or is about to expire, and asking for my bank details so that it can be renewed. Very strange that the company insuring me (they're not, of course) has no idea what appliances I have. Calls coming 2-4 times each day.

This company is suposed to be a Management Property Company.(alas I didn't catch the name) They phoned today theBank Holiday for our Queens Funeral which I was watching. When I rang it back (02045 385857) it rang & rang. but no reply. It was not a normal ring for the UK but a ring for abroad. This made me think it was the middle of the night somewhere. Caller ID identified the call was from Bishops Stortford. The caller said he was from O2 offering a 30% discount on my tariff. I told him I was suspicious of this call, he diverted me to another person who repeated the discount spiel. Asked why I'd be getting a discount, he said many complaints to O2 has led them to offer 'selected customers' a discount; I wouldn't have to give him any personal details, he would send me 2 texts. so I told him to sod off and disconnected the call. Reported to the ICO
