Got a call from a pleasant girl saying she was from "Energy Rescue" at EuroCentral in Motherwell. I took control of the call with lots of chit chat, asking how her day was, how many calls has she made, what was the company phone number, what was their address, had she been working long today etc. etc. etc. I now do this with all calls and it drives them nuts.
