Second time someone spoke with me and verified my name by telling the name correctly and asking that have I met with a road accident and claiming. People did someone answer this number? I had few missed calls from this one, probably some call centre robocaller testing my number? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. SCAM caller calling on different number and this had a robot then it rang and someone else like a man was gonna speak but instead hang up almost like while the robot was speaking a normal person would answer a call saying hello etc.. but u was silent even when I answer I was gonna scream saying f off but there loss wont be another gain getting people mad!

Our company has an account with Extra Energy already and when I gave our account number to them they just claimed it wasn t valid and continued with their aggressive sales pitch.
