Exactly the same as previous comment but it was Sean Johnston that called first and then when I expressed concern he asked if I would like to speak to a more senior person. He repeated word for word what Sean had said and wanted me to log in to a laptop. I cut the call and heard no more. I have concern that a more vulnerable person may be sucked into this so please spread the word.

It is a con I called Microsoft they told me what I already knew. SCAM trying to sell you unneeded security or after info. The man hung up when I said I was calling on behalf of friend so wasn't at pc, he then hung up twice without answering.
