Another no response when call answered number. At least a nuisance, very probably cold calling sales or scam.
Crypto companies keep trying to setup accounts with the owner of this number.
A scam warning about money transfers from my bank. Speech synthesizer. No mention of my name, account number, or even the bank name.
Has rung me 3 or 4 times a day for a week. I answered the first call, and it appears to be some insurance type offering me an estate check after I'd done a funeral plan with another company. I declined. They've not stopped ringing. Blocked.
Automated call on 17th June 2022 saying from Scottish Gas. Can't remember what else it said but it said to Press 1. The minute I heard that I put the phone down. I am not with Scottish Gas anyway so presumed this is a scam call.

This is a devious company called Customer Calls Ltd in London. If you search for Legal and General Insurance, you will find a site high in the search results that provides a premium rate number as a contact for Legal and General. They claim the number is cheap but it is not!! My wife was charged £16 for 13 minutes plus two text messages at £3 each to provide Legal and General's contact details that are readily available on the internet for free...AVOID!!!

This number calls and claims to be investors. Very rude individuals who call and push you to invest and they are so rude when you decline. They keep changing numbers but it is the same network of people - they are using different numbers to call - I have already blocked at least 10 other numbers they have used to contact me- stay well clear of them please!! This number keeps ringing me in the north of Engand every morning between 7.00 a.m. and 8.00 a.m. No-one answers when you pick up the phone.
Scam - Purporting to be from BT saying my internet would be cut off within next 24 hours because of 'detected anonalis'all in suspiciously accented English.
Rang 1008, today, Thursday 04/08/22. A/phone kicked in - message reference large payments to Amazon, press buttons to resolve. Rang off. A bit frightening, as is my local area number.
