Couldn t understand the speaker. Blocked the number.

An indian sounding guy posing as a Talk Talk techie rings house phone, convinces you that your router is giving out problem signals. Gets you to go online, shows you shed load of viruses, licence expiry and explains due to this you no longer have any security on your pc, the security on pc you have therefore won t work until you pay for the licence agreement renewal and pay £400 for a lifetime security installation from Windows. He then convinces you to allow remote access so he can install drivers onto pc

Asian male, claiming to be from claims direct, calling about a car accident about a year and a half ago. Could not give any details of vehicles allegedly involved or dates.

PPI, as soon as you block they just call on another number, comes up as Leeds, Macclesfield, Runcorn I didn t think companies were allowed to pass on your details after GDPR came in so would be interested to know how these companies still get our details

Scam call trying to offer redress regarding "premium banking packages". Hung up as soon as queried how she got my number.

HYC Manchester. I was a little bored so gave them a fictitious name, a real address, loads of BS about Credit Cards I got; even telling him I d had refunds and my 8% interest too, but he insisted I was still entitled to more. Told me it was no win, no fee but if they did get anything then they got 30% plus VAT; that s 1/3 of the claim. So he took all my details and then passed me through to a colleague who then went through all the same questions again to confirm the details and that I was to sign the forms

I have calls from this number nearly every day when I don t answer they call my mobile straight away, I did answer one day and told them to stop calling but they don t listen so I just let it ring then answer machine comes on they don t leave any message but it s just cost them the price of a call. So anyone having calls from this number just hang up and don t be fooled by their soft talk and don t give them any of your bank card details as its all a scam. Hope this helps other people.
