The caller said she was from O2 and We were due for a free gift of Wireless Headphones as a security what was my place of birth. I found out that the fraudsters had chaned my password by going on the O2 website and requesting a 6 digit number and asking me to give it to them.. I don't thimk I have suffered losses . I obviously reset my password. The caller was an Indian female, this is not unusual as, Indian Call Centres are experts in fraud I have been involved in investigating Indian call centre.

i just received a call off this number telling me they had money set aside for a car accident i had been in, ive never had or being involved in a car accident ever and when i told him this the guy became aggressive and started sarcastically saying i must be a safe driver! and that it must be someone on my policy or if ive been a passenger, he didnt have a clue and was just rude, do not answer this call!

Unsolicited call had it before PPI reclaim rubbish. Had this number 01619397225 call me a few times recently, after I blocked their 0161 939 0225 number, and they let the phone ring very long. These people have never leave a message and I tried to calling the number back, but I get an some sort of engaged tone. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2079460xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Indian call centre dealing with PPI, accident claims, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

You must visit your nearest barclays bank branch with the letter you received to collect your refund.
SCAM - there was a pause, then a recorded message to tell me that there was a tax fraud case lodged against my name. Of course her majesty's government tend to ring from mobile phones and use recorded messages, rather than send any official documentation to you directly through the post (!). I hung up and have blocked the number.
