Call center SPAM Said his name was Alex, however he had a very strong Indian accent. He said that he was phoning from British Gas!? It was about boiler cover, house hold cover for both gas and electric. Asked a couple of questions. He said that he was calling from London, when I asked him what the weather was like in India, and it would be set up today! I was advise to reach out to [email protected] for funds recovery but i never did at first cause i taught he was also a scam, after i tried to search for personal hackers who turns out to be scam then i decided to give a try and contact wizard Harry, he responded to me without asking for money initially, he looked into my case and then inform me how it can be done, so i gave him a go-ahead and he got my funds back. I answered phone on first ring and got a recorded message saying they were sorry they were unable to contact me ‘at this time’ and asked me to call back or try again later. The recorded message played so instantly that I missed first 4 words and have no idea who it was. This makes me think is was a group call, so I’ll be blocking it

Claiming we had an outstanding insurance policy for drains etc which we do not, also quoted a password which has occurred on other scam calls so looks like same lot trying it on to unwary types.
Called me and left no message. Called them twice, within 40 minutes of their call. Both my callbacks failed (no one answers). And my phone history says: 'Cancelled Call'!

Missed call - I have had 3 calls in one day - all from Northern Island but all different numbers: 02893535035 and 02894106936 and 02877079126. I don't know anyone from this area and they have not left a message. I have never had calls from this area previously, let alone 3 on the same day.
The caller was an Indian man who knew my name, but refused to tell me his name or which company he is calling on behalf of. He hung up after I told him I will take legal action against unsolicited and junk calls.

This number called me when I was not at home. They didn't have the courtesy to leave a message on my answerphone. On phoning this number, I find that it is non-existent. This is usually an indication that a scam caller is spoofing the number, so that they can't be traced.

Any caller that doesn’t wait to be answered or starts 0843 0845 etc are scams as far as I’m concerned.
