Just read a few comments saying its Natwest and genuine. It may be a Natwest number but these are scammers. One post suggested you ring your bank from an alternative phone which is okish. Best to drop in to your local branch (if you can find one) Do not use the phone you received the message on or your regular mobile as they may have access to both.

SCAM I let it go to voicemail. It had obviously been playing a prerecorded message while the greeting went out, so all I got was 'a warrant will be issued at your address' and then it cut off. I am not behind with any payments etc so I know it's a scam. It's recorded as a scam in 'hiya' as well.
65011 - charged me £10, never had any dealings with this company or why I have been charged?! I have contacted the company via email and demanded I be refunded this £10 or otherwise I have threatened them with legal action, will be contacting trading standards as well

A fake claims company. When you answer they insist you have been in a car crash in the last 3 years and have compensation waiting for you.
I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck. No info, no chance I would call them back :)
