Called about my washing machine protection. Was explained the process and prices in detail. Paid in full and received my documents. Spoke to a lady called Sarah, she was very very helpful and did me a very good deal. Received my documents in the post as explained. Very happy customer!

Have been rung by these people many times. Answered the first time as I have friends who live in Leeds. Now blacklisted.

Several attempts to call over a number of days. Caller came across as unprofessional, and spouting rubbish - did not appear to be completely clear on why she was calling (though appeared to have harvested my number from a long-lapsed source). Came across as a deeply untrustworthy blagger, probing for details and trying to create an opening for marketing / similar junk. Number reported, as I am signed up to the TPS.

Phone call from these people. Smooth talking salesman told me name of the company and said they are doing surveys. I answered some questions about the property and then he said they are calling at 7 pm tomorrow to do a property survey and sit down with me and discuss options. I was alarmed and said I do not let strangers into my house. He was persistent so I put the phone down. I wonder if anyone ever agrees to the property survey. They might be genuine, but I reckon it is best not to chance it.
