This is either a scam or someone trying to sell something. When type the number in on google, it comes up with a man named Jake Stacey. Got a call from this number saying they were from my bank and someone tried to get £500 out of my account . Phoned my bank and this wasn’t true The phone number he phoned me on showed it was my bank calling but found out he had scammed their number .

We received a call from 0141 555 4854 with a recorded message telling us of unauthorised transactions on our card? One was £300 for Amazon and then £1, something (I lost the will at this time). I could press 1 to cancel or 2 to speak to the team. I have hung up ad blocked the number.but I know they can change the number to show anything they like. Why or why are the authorities not doing more to catch these scumbags.
