Just got called by this number for the first time, it was an Asian woman wanting to discuss a matter regarding my account with lloyds. She wouldn't tell me any more, unless I "confirm" my d.o.b. and post code; I declined and asked them to mail me instead. Rang Lloyds afterwards and they told me that no Lloyds number starts with 0808 and that there was no issue to discuss. My advice is to block this number.
