Well spoken young male Caller stated "Hello my names Chris and I am a heating insulation advisor in your post code area" or something very similar. I had a missed call from this number and I'm from the Netherlands, thought it was strange so I googled the number first and ended here. I don't have a cat and haven't been in Engeland for years so no clue why I'm called from there. So i decided to call back (within 30 minutes) and it said the phone number didn't exist. So that is certainly strange.
