I have just received a call, a person, with an Asian accent, telling me that they were calling on behalf of my internet provider! (I received a similar call last week too, but told them I was having dinner). Apparently, they have noticed that my internet is not working to it s full potential. That I have several files that are unused and causing the delay! I was asked to go onto the internet and link up to something that he would direct me on. Called to say could stop unwanted calls by paying £39.99 one off admin charge. Said they were from Telephone preference service.

Received several phonecalls from this number. Unknown how they got my number, however the call is unwelcome and I usually do not answer. However this time I called back to tell them to remove my number from their database. The operator said he would do so.

I have received many calls over the last few days & they annoyingly hang up when the call is answered. I wish the phone companies wouldn't sell our numbers!!

Big massive mistake asking for brochure. Plagued with calls. Politely told them I do not want to hear from them and now I ve have another 4 calls today. Awful company, high prices and more pushy than a used car salesman! I would sit on floor before buying from them!
