Scam Indian call centre, says internet is broken and tries to get you to download a remote access computer program so they can take over your computer and then claim a ransom from you. Suggest you keep them hanging on the line as long as possible but don't download anything or give them your details. Just string them along and frustrate them. 01606721310 called my landline today 13/12/22 at 9:10am. Picked up the call and got a pre-recorded message from an American sounding female voice informing me that I had placed an order with AMAZON for gift cards to the value of £700. If I wished to question or check it to dial 1 or 2. This is clearly a SCAM after my banking details as I have not purchased anything from Amazon. I therefore class this call to my landline as DANGEROUS

Got a call from this number this morning. Silent call. I suspect scammers may be impersonating this number. The number is legit, it's a genuine company, but it could be scammers are spoofing their real number and stealing their number to look like this one instead.
