Normally don t pick up unknown calls but the number was similar to one I was expecting so mistakenly answered. Think this was an Indian call centre and the guy rambled something about pensions. I said I wasn t interested. He tried to stop me from hanging up by saying it wasn t a sales call (?)... Something along the lines if pension release. I swiftly said I don t have a pension and he was no longer interested in keeping me on the call. Sounds dodgy to me... As many people say this number is Talk Talk. E

Strung him along, he said do this/do that, type in this type in that, of course I kept telling him I was getting all sort of error messages. We are ex-directory and registered with TPS. This number called us at 7.15 a.m today, 7.45a.m and then continually throughout the day.mwe have had to disconnect our land line because of them . They should be sued. We are disgusted by this harassment.

on 22 june the above number 0161 8735544 rang my son and said that an amount of ?1500.00 was waiting to be claimed fir whiplash for a accident he had in 2009 foulishly he gave them details including his mobile phone number and said they will ring him on monday 25th june to follow this up. Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. This number is a major scam to get you to pay tax and these are scam calls that will want all your money.

When I ask who it is they do the reply like wtf and I got a Barr from nuisance calls but this one always rings now I need to speciffact this call individually which will cost me money
