These people are from a company called Ultimate Contact Solutions. The only reason they are calling you is to get you to call back (money making) and to confirm a contact number is active so they can sell it on. If you are unlucky enough to answer and stupid enough to ring back they then pump you for your details, and if able to other family members details so they can sell your details at a higher price and get an extra sale from your family s details. A man called Angus introduced himself. I could barely make out what he was saying over what sounded like a busy call centre room. It sounded a bit like Pay Day Loan solutions. I heard the words "pay Day" distinctly.

Cold call....I don t answer any number unless they leave a message and I want to call back. Any number that comes through that doesn t leave a message or is unknown to me I just put it in my blocked list and delete it immediately. Don t ever call unknown numbers back if its genuine they will always leave a message
