If you get a call you should answer or call back as the problem is that the initial database maker sells your number on to other junk call companies. If you have a call from them you should call the number back and ask for James, the call centre manager and demand where they got your number from. I also bought these spacesaver bags and was consequently charged 99.99 by free time holidays.I contacted TSB fraud dept straight away and they refunded the money within ten minutes I never recieved a brochure or a phone call.Surely something should be done by somebody to stop these awful people.

Called asking about previous credit cards in last 15 years. I told them I couldn t remember which I had from a few they suggested. They kept asking the same questions which I said I couldn t remember. They went on to ask about any loans which I said I don t remember, she said ok and hung up! I will ignore any further calls from this number.
