This company is not fraudulent, before you all rant, I DO NOT WORK FOR THEM, they are chasing me for a gym membership I had 3 years ago that I left because after 5 yrs they hadnt fixed the air conditioning. Rang up today asking me to answer a questionnaire on whether I was eligible for a free sofa. I politely declined as I already have a perfectly decent sofa!

Called and asked to speak to the owner who moved two years ago. Then asked to speak to the new owner, demanded to know why when I refused ... typical scam caller.

Complete scam - send them an e-mail through their website http://www.firstassistsolutions.com/contact/ (use a bogus e-mail address and phone number and see how they like the runaround!!!) Alternatively just report them to the ICO for breach of Communications regulations
