Note we have TPS but this number called. We answered to a foreign woman. Couldn't understand a word, although the word Survey was apparent. Politely rejected call.

Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. I asked them where they got this information from - they said they purchased these details from a company and had got them as I had registered the accident but hadn t claimed anything. The female voice sounded like text sent from a mobile to my land line. Said my BT internet would be cut off unless I hit 1 !

A call stating they were from the Citizens Advice regarding debts and then thankfully call got cut off as I kept asking why they were calling!!!

Does relate to an account setup. It s a company relates to crypto and it s a courtesy call. Caller is actually in Cyprus not London Dodgy number but thanks BT for allowing such things legal but misleading. Call genuine.
