Fraud American accent, pre-recorded message saying it was HMRC and there was a problem with my tax record. Told me that in order to avoid jail I needed to sort this out immediately and had to press 1 to be put through to an advisor. Potentially very threatening for anyone who didn’t recognise it as a scam. Google search reveals that if I had pressed 1 my call might have been rerouted to a different country and I could have faced hefty phone charges.

I followed a discount code link for Dominos pizza. My payment didn't go through & I received an automated call from "Santander fraud department" tel no 0800 640 6114. I tried to pay with my TSB card, again payment was declined & I immediately received an automated call from "TSB fraud line on this no 0345 3511 688. Clearly a scam.
