Called me, asked for someone who doesn’t live here, then repeatedly asked my name. Very hard to understand. Raised voice when I pointed out he should know my name as he was calling an ex directory number.

I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. They claim to be e-on which is fake because their number isn't on e-ons website + they wouldn't be calling everyday. SCAM Lady called "Ella Rose" from "Block Chain Network" called to tell me about the money I have lost from online trading. I know it is a scam as it is not relevant to me and they got my name wrong. Numbers they used were: 02080970131 and 02037400722
NHS It was a check-back on our use of 111 service 7days ago. All ok.

This was a recorded message from a number purporting to be a bank (which bank not specified) and telling me that 2 dodgy transactions had just been recorded. One payment to Amazon, and one international payment via an unspecified website. Obviously crap, but a potential cause of anxiety nonetheless.

Im no idiot and i told them to remove my number and to not call again. I still keep getting 2 to 3 calls a day which i declined then blocked the number.
