Could be a scam about a £600 transaction using my card.

Claims to be from Lloyds Bank

Mark Bates is a specialist Insurance Broker for over 50 s and disabled people. They are a no threat caller if you re not interested ask to be removed from the re caller list. Polite genuine business that I have dealt with and had no problems for a number of years. A no hard sell telemarketer.

This number has rung 5 times of the last 2 days even after I pressed 9 to opt out! It's a recorded message about a grant for boilers if you are on benefits seriously drivin...

He needed to speak to the manager about good offer in my area!

I have had two calls today, which I answered but nobody spoke. Real nuisance. Even when phone was on silence mode, it rang when I was in a meeting. Hope something can be done.

Bloke told me his name & said he was from the call department. 
nI put him right on that nonsense & put the phone down.
