SCAM I was told my internet had been hacked and they wanted me to connect my computer to internet and they would get it sorted told them I would ring my internet provider and sort it with them and they hung up on me

This is a cold caller. Claimed I was owed money for a car accident. Never been in an accident!

SCAM recorded call: "This is your bank's security dept ....Amazon payment ....card payment .... etc etc" Did not respond. Line went dead after a short time.

Nuisance caller! A man asked for me and then asked had I received a PPI e-form. So I hung up & blocked!

Automatic robot voice claiming to be from BT and saying that my internet line would be disconnected from the day of the call.

Said our Boiler Warranty needed renewing. We told the caller we don't have and never had any warranty on our Boiler?

SCAM / SPAM Called themselves "Online Payment Services". Absolutely no reason for anyone on a 0121 number to call us for any reason whatsoever. Asked for money we dropped the call immediately.

I was told that I'd won some free lines on euro millions. They had my name, address, email and obviously my number. As the call went on, they wanted me to tell them my lottery numbers over the phone. Which is clearly not right. Seemed like a data mining sc

Scam number ignore

Rang saying domestic appliance insurance cover needs to be renewed (which we don't have) - asking me if I wanted to renew for one or two years. When I declined they asked me why I didn't want to renew . My reply was simply cost and they put phone down. They didn't say which company or insurer. Tried ringing the number back but number is unavailable. Potential scam.

Claimed to be from BT Technical department - didn't give them a chance to say any more as obviously scam call as took ages for someone to speak after answering the phone.

Had this number call me today, i knew it was a scam one, i know a few Welsh words so i kept quoting Welsh words She soon hung up!

SCAM. Caller had male Indian voice, claimed to be Johnson from Microsoft, Reading. Claimed problem with our computer, that it had been hacked. He rang back 5 or 6 times in very quick succession and got very nasty - by far the nastiest, most aggressive and threatening such call I've had. The number given on dialling 1471 was obtained after the last call - it is possible that the earlier ones were not from that number. So certainly Annoying and probably Dangerous.

Fraud Claim to be from an investigation crime team. Saying that money have been stolen from your bank account and they say that you should not say anything to no one about the call. DON’T send any money to them, as soon as they get the money they will blocked your number.

Claimed to be Citizens advice asking about debt. Strange it was a mobile number. Absolute pain in the neck.

SCAM - HMRC Scam. Called me this morning and I let it go to voicemail due to unknown number. Replayed the message and automated robot voice telling me that I better contact HMRC via their number or "face the legal consequences". Classic scumbo's trying it on. HMRC will write to you officially or contact your accountant for any issues. If in doubt, call your local HMRC offices and discuss with them directly.
