Calls several times in a row almost everyday day but hangs up as soon as we pick up. No words, just the sound of a call center or something like that in the background (for the one second it lasts) then it hangs up. Really annoying.

rang once, missed the call, 5 mins later rang back 4 times no answer. The sole point of a phone call is to allow 2 people to talk, but it does require the picking up of the phone.

He said he from from Openreach about my slow broadband. As Openreach will not speak to retail customers I knew this indian sounding man was not telling the truth so hung up.

This number is an accident claim line who called unsolicited an elderly person with Dementure who is easily stressed.

Text message pretending to be EE saying a bill payment couldn’t be processed and I should click on a link.

Had a call claiming to be HMRC saying I've committed tax fraud and that action was being taken against me. I was told to press 1 to find out more so I hung up as I have read somewhere that as soon as you press a number, your phone can be hacked or something bad like that. I know for a fact that I haven't committed tax fraud and I don't think HMRC would phone. They usually send letters in the first instance. Therefore I'm flagging this up as dangerous.
