SCAM Recorded message saying my internet is going to be disconnected and to press #1 to speak my my internet provider. Nothing in the recording identifies the internet provider or me as a customer. Clearly a scam attempt.
Name of company was something or other polls. Caller had a heavy Asian accent and I think he has called many times before for different companies. Said he wanted to ask me only four questions about my use of brands but his first question was to confirm my address, at which point I hung up.
I have had a few calls from this number in the last few days. Not yet been able to get to my phone quick enough to answer it.I have just gone over from orange to EE as I was due an upgrade. I just hope its not the same company who phoned me a few weeks back to say I was due an upgrade because E2Save have caused me so much hassle and have pushed my stress levels beyond the point of no return. SCAM call received from this number at 1130 on Mon 19/10/2020 stating “THIS IS A CALL FROM BRITISH TELECOM. YOUR LANDLINE AND INTERNET ARE ABOUT TO BE DISCONNECTED. PLEASE PRESS ONE”. I suspect that this is one of those calls which when you press “1” you will automatically be charged for a premium call. If you receive a call from this number, do NOT press 1 and block the number from your system.

Have had a series of calls. Anyone know who they are
This number is a company called Natural Essentials. They flog over-priced vitamins and supplements to vulnerable elderly people. They are really persistent. When they come up against call blockers, they instantly re-dial with alternative numbers. Just recently they are even switching to international numbers in an effort to bypass. Associated numbers are 08000148950, 08000148960, 02034567894, 02034535242, 02034535243, 02034535244, 02034535245, 02034535246, 02034535247, 02034535248. Block them all!

This number is unallocated so the call was definitely a scam. These calls use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. NEVER RETURN A CALL to an unknown...

Fraud. Automated call pertaining to be from Amazon stating that £300 will be taken from your account for a phone your have purchased. However, if you haven't then hit button 1. If you do you'll either be put through on a premium rate number to one of their criminals who will want your bank details of credit card number in order for them to "cancel the order" but will really use this to steal even more cash from you. They are also using other 01475 numbers.
i answered call it was a womans voice with a foriegn accent ..i asked who is calling and what the call was about..and was met with silence so i hung up ...so its either spam or scam call.don,t answer.
06-09-2022 rang today, when I picked phone up and said hello they just hung up without saying anything. We live in the Leeds LS25 area.
Not happy that I left mobile details for a quote on life insurance and as I did not answer mobile call they searched my home number. nA sale lost as far as I am concerned.

This is a scam number. They called me and it sounded like a recorded message. The message was they were from Inland Revenue and that there has been a warrant issued for me for defrauding Inland Revenue. Then press 1 to speak to someone. At this point I hung up as I know Inland Revenue do not make cold call. They would generally write to you if there are issues.
She did say who the company was, but I can t remember what it was. Anyway, her system showed I d been in a non-fault road accident in the last few years (stop me if you ve heard this one before). I stopped her here and said it was nonsense, and she sounded ...tired, fed-up? as she said OK.

Recieved a text called number on the back of my card and verified it was a genuine HSBC number they confirmed and reassured me and they stated that I was wise to check. Good on HSBC they had noted 3 bogus transactions.
This is mkgh appointments confirmation service.... just a curtsy call to remind you of appointments you have.

This is probably SCAM/SPAM. I didn't understand what the caller was saying (with a far eastern accent), something about computers. When I told here I did not want to talk to her and hung up, she rang me back twice more, asking why. When I shouted down the phone "Get off my phone, I don't want to speak to you", I received not more calls..........yet.
Silent call, received 3 from different Bradford (01274) numbers in the space of 15 minutes.
