Looking like a scam , this person register on dating app and after ask your number , I give my number and after start speaking on WhatsApp . I ask my name and she didn't know my name from the app , I told to check the app and after to tell me my name , and she tell me different name . I don't know what I say but I blocked .

Scam call, spoofing Starling Banks number from abroad, first they will make a small transaction from Groupon or Amazon to make it look as if they know fraudulent activities has taken place on your account and how much for, then they will claim a much larger amount has been attempted but cancelled by them. Once they have you in they'll attempt to extract details of your account, please hang up and call Starling back if this is the case!
Call centre. Bloke said he was from Northumbrian water and wanted to do a survey to improve services. Wasn’t 100% convinced it was genuine so told him I wasn’t interested.

Fraud A friend of mine had money disappearing from her bank account, she's Burmese and her English isn't so good so I looked into it for her. Turns out it's a company called Florist-world.com that took 2 euro from her account then took 24 euro every 2 weeks. I finally found emails from them in her spam folder, they'd somehow managed to get hold of her debit card number and were taking 24 Euro every 2 weeks, the last email said that amount was increasing to 44 Euro. Called my mobile while I was driving. Although I have hands-free I did not answer because it was an unrecognised number. Once home I looked it up on several sites; on other sites other people have left reports of a scam, fake calls purporting to be Virgin Media etc. I have blocked the number.
Called me 3 times 4 am today. I got scammed before and I don't answer .

Got a random text from it reading "Snapchat [code] passcode for phone enrolment Never share it" If it's a phishing scam it's a bit weak, I'm not even sure where I need to enter the code to get scammed (I'm guessing it's a hyperlink) Anyhow I know it's not legit because I don't even use Snapchat
