I received a call from this company about 12 weeks ago. i couldn t remember who my old agreements where with as I hadn t kept any paperwork over the years which didn t matter to them as they managed to find all my account numbers and to date I ve had 4 successful claims totaling over 8 thousand pound. I still have 1 claim thats still pending and would recommend them to anyone.

Thick Indian accent, didn t ask any security questions and also failed to tell me the name of the company twice - he got confused both times so god knows where he was meant to be calling from. I rang British Gas to arrange a service and asked them not to pass my number on to anyone else. Got a call asking for feedback 30 minutes later. Did not answer and blocked the number. Think I will have to get service from elsewhere if they ignore what I ask in future.
