Not scammers but if you deal with these people make sure you specify everything you insist on in any hardware and also list stuff that you would like, even if they eventually can't do it, and ask for feedback. To say that the phone number is localised to Plymouth is laughable, first an automated service saying it was a message from Chinese royal mail, then proceeded to talk in Chinese so had no clue what was being said.
I believe that this is the same scamming ambulance chasing company whose other numbers include the following 0207946 and various last four digits 1369 / 0364 /0996 1821 Have blocked them all and think they keep ringing on different numbers cos their victims keep blocking them
