This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported (01244470043, 44,45), all the same range just with last digits different, which is a common thing - they use a range of similar numbers. They are reported with different scope, but mostly as PPI offers and pensions (financial services). Caller asked for Managing Director. When asked about the subject of the call told me that she could only disclose it to the Managing Director. After much irritable discussion it transpired that Nova Technologies were sending a Tablet. That it was a present. For free. Very strange call. All the hallmarks of a nuisance.

Caller pronounced my name incorrectly and quoted an old address (10 years prior) which was also wrong. When I pointed this out he hung up.
