This number was used in call pretending to be my daughter needing almost £2000 luckily I caught on quite quickly and did not loose any money. Have to say conversations on Watsap were very convincing but I have all bank details to which they wanted money to be transferred and made them aware I had reported all details. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 19167199xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI refunds, accident chasers, insurance claims.
