Came up as a missed call, do not know anyone in this area.
Have had a number of calls from this number, every time i go to answer they hang up. Trying to ring them back and i'm told its an 'incorrect number'. Blocked.

If I started calling a random person and doing this BT would trace the calls and the police, quite rightly, would be down on me like a ton of bricks. I m a little person you see. Returned this call to find out more because it is not listed in any database of who called me numbers. Got a message machine that said mailbox 876, recording and then simply instructions for leaving your recorded message. I see that there have been 135 searches for this number as of 24 Jan 2017, but no results. Very odd.

ActiveQuote - Private Health insurance. Call center They call at renewal time, presumably so they can get another commission. I chose my existing provider from a comparison website and don't need any "advice" to renew with them. Obviously, if you keep change providers any pre-existing medical conditions won't be covered. You can supposedly email [email protected] to update your preferences. I haven't tried it yet, but it should stop the calls.

They re a company which claim to say you re owed money against your mortgage - lots and lots and lots of words, obviously a scam to get you hooked in to getting them to help you m ake a claim against a missold mortgate - AVOID!!
I received a call from this number this morning. The caller had my name. When I asked who was calling, the man stated that it was Direct Claims Group regarding the minor accident I'd had. I replied that 'You must mean the minor accident that I haven't had!' and told him to get off the line. When I checked Companies House records, there were two companies called 'Direct Claims Group'. One was dissolved in 2018 and the other in 2019. So the call was definitely annoying and probably suspicious.
